Snappy coil spring operation paired with the ultralight weight and compact size make the Launch 12 a perfect companion wherever your day takes you. This version has a stonewashed CPM-154 blade and black handles with Carbon Fiber inlay.

Blade: Fully flat ground with a deep top swedge, the slim stiletto has a timeless look with the stonewashed CPM-154 delivers a well-balanced, modern stainless performance. A strong coil spring mechanism delivers lightening fast deployment at the touch of a button which is recessed to prevent unintentional firing.

Handle: Contoured aluminum handle scales are hard anodized black and machine contoured for grip. A carbon fiber inlay adds style while the handle design provides ergonomic comfort and ease of carry. The pommel end comes to a classic coffin shape while the top of the handle is equipped with dual finger guards for added safety. The button lock mechanism is rock solid, smooth and simple to operate. Made in the USA, Kershaw has laser-engraved the American Flag on the back of the handle.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up stainless steel pocket clip.

CPM-154: CPM-154 is a particle metallurgy version of 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process providing it with an increase in toughness and easy of finishing. CPM-154 takes a very fine edge and is highly corrosion resistant. Edge retention is going to be on-par with CPM S30V while being easier to resharpen. A great all-around blade steel.
