This version of the Launch 13 comes with a two-tone satin and black Cerakote CPM-154 blade and black anodized aluminum handle with custom pivot.

Blade: At 3.5 inches in length the Wharncliffe blade delivers plenty of cutting edge to handle your daily cutting tasks as well as being a capable defensive tool. Stunning satin on the high saber grind and pronounced top swedge contrasts with the black ceramic coating on the milled flats and jimped thumb ramp. The blade opens at the touch of a button powered by a strong coil spring mechanism that deliver fast, reliable deployment.

Handle: Angular milling and cutouts on the handle give the 13 a modern look while dual choils and a contoured design make the black anodized aluminum handles comfortable and secure in hand. Cutouts also reduce weight and add traction for a solid grip on this sub-3 ounce ultralight. Semi-integral construction keeps the blade protected when closed with an integrated inline lanyard attachment point. Recessed milling prevents unintentional deployment while allowing easy access to operate the rock solid and reliable button lock mechanism. Black Torx hardware and a custom triangle pivot round out the construction.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up, stainless steel deep carry clip.

CPM-154: CPM-154 is a particle metallurgy version of 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process providing it with an increase in toughness and easy of finishing. CPM-154 takes a very fine edge and is highly corrosion resistant. Edge retention is going to be on-par with CPM S30V while being easier to resharpen. A great all-around blade steel.
