Blade: Crafted in a useful, piercing spear point style for every day slicing and more. It has a straight plain cutting edge shaving sharpened to just over 3.5 inches with an upswept profile for a slicing dagger look. A black ceramic finish and piercing point really set this blade off. It looks as great as it cuts. It fires via a black push button that's recessed to the flat of the handle making accidental firings as difficult as possible. Simply press the button in again to fold the blade to the closed position in the handle. 

Handle: Contoured aluminium handle scales are olive green anodized and machine textured for grip. Along with an integrated backspacer they're ergonomic and really lighten the carry load of the Launch 6. The butt end comes to a knocker point for backup should one need it. Kershaw laser-engraved the American Flag on the back of the handle. For easy every day carry, a tip up pocket clip comes affixed to the handle that can be reversed for left hand carry.

CPM-154: CPM-154 is a particle metallurgy version of 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process providing it with an increase in toughness and easy of finishing. CPM-154 takes a very fine edge and is highly corrosion resistant. Edge retention is going to be on-par with CPM S30V while being easier to resharpen. A great all-around blade steel.
