The popular USA Made 1776 Link assisted flipper from Kershaw Knives offers a size, shape and dependability that has made this newcomer a successful addition to the Kershaw lineup. This limited edition version comes with a Tiger Stripe 420HC stainless steel blade and black aluminum handles.

Blade: The blade shape of the Link is an up swept drop point with a nice slicing belly. A full length swedge tapers the blade to a fine piercing point while the high saber grind handles slicing, dicing, skinning and everything in between. Flipper deployment is reliably enhanced with the time tested SpeedSafe assist mechanism. Equipped with a durable tiger stripe coating, the 420HC stainless steel blade is non-reflective for discreet use.

Handle: Black anodized aluminum handle scales are smooth and well contoured to ensure a comfortable grip. They are secured to full length stainless steel liners with one forming the locking mechanism. A three-quarter length jimped back spacer adds rigidity and traction. A generous lanyard hole is provided at the pommel with black Torx hardware completing the construction.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up pocket clip for carry.

420HC Stainless Steel: 420HC is a stainless steel that provides excellent rust resistance, ease of re-sharpening and moderate edge retention while being exceptionally tough for a stainless steel. With proper heat treat it is said to preform similarly to VG-10 in wear resistance.
