Description:
After extensive research and much patience from Kershaw enthusiasts, the very first out-the-front auto from Kershaw Knives is here! The Livewire is a lightweight, contoured premium automatic perfect for right or left-handed everyday carriers. The comfort level in hand is off the charts. That's paired with a stunning spear blade sporting a striking upper swedge grind that really sets this design off. Simply press the staircase-like button forward for release and back to retract in a lightning-fast sequence. Easy to carry and fun to operate, the Livewire was definitely worth the wait.
CPM-Magnacut: Developed by metallurgist Larrin Thomas of Knife Steel Nerds, Magnacut is designed to deliver balanced high-performance with high hardness (up to 65 Rc), similar toughness to CPM-4V, and corrosion resistance better than M390, similar to LC200N. Sharpening is relatively easy between CPM-154 and S35VN/S45VN. Magnacut is an excellent all-purpose steel.
