Details
The Kizer Gemini, designed by custom knifemaker Ray Laconico, is a flipper style folding knife that makes an excellent everyday carry. Clean lines flow from the handle into the drop point style blade with integral flipper. The CPM-S35VN blade has been flat ground to limit resistance during slicing tasks and utility use. Riding on caged ball bearings, a gentle push on the flipper deploys the blade quickly and efficiently - no wrist action required.
Smooth bead-blasted titanium handle has a minimalist approach with just a small relief for access to operate the lock-bar. The framelock mechanism is equipped with a steel insert for to reduce stickiness and extend the longevity of the lock. This insert also acts as a lockbar stabilizer to prevent overextension. The simple aesthetics of this folder are amplified with blue anodized hardware, including pivot, handle screws and titanium pocket clip. Clip attached for right-handed tip-up carry only.
