French custom knife maker Kmaxrom has teamed up with Kizer Knives to deliver his Pelican Mini in a robust and utilitarian platform as a part of their high quality, budget friendly Vanguard Series line. The simple, sweeping handle is ergonomic and secure and pairs with the aggressive harpoon clip point blade to furnish a potent cutting tool that is a joy to carry and use. This version comes with a black stonewashed N690 blade and black canvas Micarta handle scales.

Blade: The bold harpoon clip point blade is finished with a stonewashed matte black coating for a rugged, discreet look. The harpoon clip point has plenty of point for piercing and fine work, belly for slicing and a high saber grind for balanced durability. Bohler N690 delivers a balanced performance ideal for heavy daily use while the ball bearing pivot provides smooth operation and fast deployment via the dual thumb studs.

Handle: The simple, sweeping handle consists of inset black stainless steel liners, barrel spacer and black canvas Micarta scales providing a lightweight, durable and high traction grip. A prominent index groove adds security while the tapered pommel end locks the knife comfortably in the hand. The simple inset steel liner lock offers security in use and smooth operation.
