This Leatherman Quick-Release Lanyard Ring wears a bare satin stainless finish. It gives a full-size multi-tool a proper attachment point for a lanyard or a carabiner. Made in the USA.

• Satin Bare Stainless - The ring is 420 stainless steel left uncoated and finished satin, a soft brushed grey rather than a shine. It is a single stamped piece, with the mounting fork at one end and the lanyard loop at the other.
• Tool-Free Snap-In Mount - The forked end presses into the mount on the side of the tool and seats with a firm snap. There is no driver involved and nothing to take apart. It holds there under a hard tug, and the same press frees it again.
• Carabiner-Width Loop - The loop is cut wide enough to pass a working carabiner rather than cord alone, which means the tool goes onto a pack strap or a belt loop and comes off again without anything being untied. A split ring fits too.
