LionSteel Emmet Earth Brown Aluminum Black PVD Blade

The LionSteel Emmet in Earth Brown Aluminum sets a warm Hammertone grip against a black PVD MagnaCut blade, a light one-piece EDC folder that looks broken-in from day one and carries like it is barely there.

• Hammertone Aluminum Handle — The earth brown aluminum body wears a Hammertone texture that breaks up the surface for a sure grip, wet or dry. The warm tone against the dark blade gives the Emmet an easy, broken-in look in the lightest handle the series offers.
• Black PVD MagnaCut Drop Point Blade — A black PVD coating over MagnaCut steel kills glare and shields the edge from rust and scratches. MagnaCut already holds a fine edge and fights corrosion, and the drop point keeps a strong, controllable tip for everyday cutting.
• One-Piece SOLID Construction — The frame is not assembled from separate parts, it is machined from a single billet of aluminum into one rigid piece. A section of that frame snaps over to lock the blade, and a hardened steel insert takes the wear so the lock holds.
• Made in Maniago, Italy — The Emmet comes out of the LionSteel shop in Maniago, the historic Italian knife town, on the same machines that build the larger SOLID folders. You get tight tolerances and a clean, fitted feel in a knife sized for daily pocket duty.

The LionSteel Emmet

The Emmet is the newest and smallest member of the LionSteel SOLID family, sharing the integral, one-piece construction the brand built around its larger folders. Designed by Michele "Molletta" Pensato, the same designer behind the award-winning Skinny, it takes its name from an old word for ant and leans into that idea of something small doing far more than its size suggests. LionSteel machines the entire handle and lock from one piece of metal, which is harder to make than a standard assembled folder but leaves a frame with no liners, no scales, and very few parts. It was introduced at SHOT Show 2026 as a more compact daily carry built on the proven Skinny platform.
