This is a purpose built bushcraft knife that has a classic look thanks to the curly birch scales and Scandinavian grind combined with modern full tang stainless steel construction for added durability and ease of maintenance. This version comes with driftwood gray, waxed curly birch scales and a black leather belt sheath.

Blade: Full tang, 3.5 mm thick 1.4116 stainless steel is delivered in a classic drop point with a Scandinavian grind that is the trademark of bushcraft knife design. 1.4116 delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and high toughness for low maintenance durability. Sharpening response and edge performance will compare favorably to carbon steels often used in outdoor knives while the stunning polished finish will further enhance resistance to corrosion.

Handle: Thick slabs of waxed curly birch are attached to the full tang over contrasting red liners via stainless steel Torx T10 hardware. The relatively flat scales are chamfered for comfort while being surprisingly secure in multiple grip positions for the versatile required of a bushcraft knife. Driftwood gray Finnish curly birch offers a handsome, subdued look with solid outdoor performance and is waxed for added weather resistance.

Sheath: Carries via a black leather belt sheath red stitching.

1.4116 Stainless Steel: A medium carbon stainless steel also known as Thyssen-Krupp 4116 Similar to 420HC with good corrosion resistance, toughness and sharpness and moderate edge retention. Used in high-end Henckels and Wusthof kitchen knives.
