The Slim Midi delivers a hard use Medford build in a slimmed down design for an easier to carry, streamlined "dress" model. Double grooved titanium handles enhance the overall style while the Medford "overbuilt" construction lends reliability and a reassuring heft while being light enough for everyday carry. This version has a tumbled CPM MagnaCut Tanto blade, faced and "solar flare" flamed front handle with tumbled blue titanium lock side, bronze hardware and faced and flamed clip.

Blade: At just over 3 mm thick the Tanto blade comes with a mid-height hollow grind for good slicing and solid durability and a strong flat ground tip for piercing, fine work, and flat surface cutting. The premium, tumbled CPM MagnaCut blade deploys smoothly on the ball bearing pivot opening via ambidextrous blade fullers while a generous index choil allows for excellent control in use.

Handle: Titanium spacers join the dual slabs of +3mm thick titanium to form the handle. The back scale is cut creating a robust, integral frame lock for solid lockup and safe use. The lock side is blue anodized and tumbled complementing the faced and "solar flare" flame anodized front. The open construction reduces weight and is easy to maintain. Bronze anodized and a satin faced and flamed clip complete the construction. Both slabs and blade come marked with an individual serial number. Includes an S3 Hard Case for transportation and storage.

Carries via a right hand, milled titanium pocket clip. 

CPM-MagnaCut: Developed by metallurgist Larrin Thomas (Knife Steel Nerds) MagnaCut is a powder metallurgy steel designed to deliver balanced high-performance with high hardness (up to 65 Rc), similar toughness to CPM-4V, and corrosion resistance better than M390, similar to LC200N. Sharpening is relatively easy, between CPM-154 and S35VN/S45VN. For an all around steel Magnacut is tough to beat.
