The Combat Troodon out the front automatic knife by Microtech is a substantial tool popular among military, law enforcement and first responders. Its size lends itself to many tougher situations while remaining slender enough to keep on your person daily. Named after a bird-like dinosaur from the Campanian Age and ready to strike. This version comes with a two-tone, black coated, CTS-204P Tanto blade and red anodized aluminum handle.

Blade: The Tanto profile blade is highly functional for utility and tactical applications and is finished with a durable, black poly-ceramic Cerakote coating. A two-tone look is achieved via satin flats and spine while the grinds and fullers are discreetly non-reflective. Delivering 3.75 inches of razor sharp cutting edge, the blade is made from premium CTS-204P stainless steel for optimal performance. Featuring a double action automatic mechanism, operation is fast, smooth and reliable. Move the thumb slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both positions to reduce wear.

Handle:Red hard anodized, the 6061-T6 aluminum handle offers 5.25 inches of handle, excluding the breaker, substantial enough for even the largest or gloved hands. It has a smooth feel with machined grooves perfectly placed on both outer sides for traction. It is built with Microtech's proprietary hardware, integrated glass breaker end and pocket clip. Each is individually numbered and dated on the front of the handle.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up only, stainless steel pocket clip.

CTS-204P: A highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless steel, CTS-204P has some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance available. CTS-204P is similar in performance to CPM-20CV and Bohler's M390.
