The Microtech Combat Troodon Bounty Hunter out the front automatic knife by Microtech is a substantial tool popular among military, law enforcement and first responders. Its size lends itself to many tougher situations while remaining slender enough to keep on your person daily. Named after a bird-like dinosaur from the Campanian Age and ready to strike. This Signature Series T/E Bounty Hunter Combat Troodon has a battle worn, contoured Green anodized handle and a fully serrated Apocalyptic finished Tanto blade.

Blade: The Tanto profile blade fits nicely on the Bounty Hunter. Its peircing and tearing abilities are unmatched. The grinds are finished in Microtech's blasted and tumbled 'Apocalyptic' finish for the end of times while the flats show a brilliant hand satin shine. All of this is accented, of course, by deep black fullers on either side. Providing 3.75 inches of razor sharp cutting edge (plain only at the tanto tip/fully serrated primary cutting) the blade is made from premium stainless steel for optimal performance. Engaged via a double action automatic mechanism operation is fast, smooth and reliable. Press the side thumb slide up to open and then back down to close.

Handle: A smooth, distressed and green anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle has contoured edges for a comfortable feel in-hand and smooth transition in and out of your pocket. Contoured aluminum is lightweight, durable and aesthetically pleasing. There are several areas of machine-grooved texturing around the outsides aiding in grip. Construction is completed with Microtech's distressed red proprietary hardware, glass breaker end and Apocalyptic/yellow pocket clip with BH symbol, date of production and individual serial number. 

Carries via a right hand, tip-down, stainless steel pocket clip.

Steel: Blade steel is unmarked on the Bounty Hunter line from Microtech. It is likely one of the number (M390, XHP Elmax etc.) of high-performance stainless steels utilized by Microtech Knives.
