Blade: The blade is a utilitarian, clip point profile useful for most every day and tactical applications. The M390 blade comes with a handsome two-tone satin finish, horizontal on the flats and spine and vertical on the grinds. Premium M390 blade steel was chosen for its ability to hold an edge and corrosion resistant properties. It is engaged via a dual action automatic mechanism. Simply press the side thumb slide up to open and then back down to close. Simple, fast and smooth. 

Handle: Fully black coated 6061-T6 aluminum offers over 5 inches of handle, excluding the breaker, substantial enough for even the largest or gloved hands. It has a smooth feel with machined grooves perfectly placed on both outer sides. It is built with Microtech's proprietary hardware, integrated glass breaker end and pocket clip. Each is individually numbered and dated on the front of the handle.

M390 also has a good corrosion resistance, meaning most users can avoid problems by simply wiping off their blade after each use.
