Same great design and quality American production in a more compact package. This Signature Series version has a tan hard anodized aluminum handle with a black DLC coated, CTS-204P double edge blade with one fully serrated edge and matching DLC coated hardware.

Blade: Equipped with a black Diamond-Like Carbon or DLC coating, the blade has a dual, razor sharp cutting edges: one edge is fully serrated to make short work of tough, fibrous materials while the other is a clean slicing plain edge. The dagger like double edge blade tapers to a fine piercing point and is made from high performance, American CTS-204P stainless steel for exceptional performance. DLC holds up against wear from use, enhances corrosion resistance and is discreetly non-reflective. The 3.125 inch blade features a double action mechanism for fast, smooth operation. Move the thumb slide on the side of the handle up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed position to reduce wear.

Handle: Smooth, tan hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum has rounded edges for a comfortable in-hand feel and smooth pocket transition. Several areas of machine-grooved texturing around the outsides enhance traction while the contoured design enhances ergonomics, aesthetics and reduces the weight for carry. Construction is completed with Microtech's proprietary black DLC coated hardware, glass breaker end and pocket clip with individual serial number/date of production.

CTS-204P: A highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless steel, CTS-204P has some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance available. CTS-204P is similar in performance to CPM-20CV and Bohler's M390.
