The Microtech Knives Troodon out-the-front automatic knife is a substantial tool while still retaining a compact size for easy daily carry. This knife is elegant enough for dress carry while being a fully capable cutting tool. The Troodon is named after a bird-like dinosaur from the Campanian Age, and is ready to strike. This version has an orange aluminum frame and two-tone satin M390 single edge blade.

Blade: The wide single edge blade has a subtle clip point and high saber grind sharpened to a razor sharp plain edge for clean slicing. The handsome two-tone satin finish delivers a classy look for daily carry. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Press the side up to open and down to close. An internal spring remains at rest in both positions to reduce wear.

Handle: A hard anodized aluminum handle offers enough real estate for large hands without becoming unmanageable in the pocket. The knife is comfortable in the hand, with contoured edges and wide sections of jimping for a secure grip. Gray proprietary hardware completes the construction with integrated glass breaker end and pocket clip. The clip is marked with date of production, serial number, Talon logo and signature.
