This version has a Merlot anodized contoured aluminum handle, doubled edge (one plain, one serrated) black Cerakote coated M390 blade and black hardware.

Blade: Equipped with a durable, black poly-ceramic Cerakote coating, the sub-3.5 inch Double Edge blade has dual, razor cutting edges. The front edge is plain for clean slicing performance while the back is fully serrated for aggressive cutting on tough, fibrous materials. The Dagger-style blade has a very fine point for piercing and is made from high performance Bohler M390 for exceptional corrosion and wear resistance. Cerakote holds up to wear from use and is also discreetly non-reflective for use. Action is fast and smooth with the blade operating on a double action mechanism. To deploy simply move the thumb slide on the side of the handle up, reverse to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed position to reduce wear.

Handle: Smooth, Merlot hard coated 6061-T6 aluminum has contoured edges creating not only a comfortable feel in-hand but a smooth transition in and out of your pocket. There are several areas of machine-grooved texturing around the outsides aiding in grip. This lighter more ergonomic grip is easy on the hands and eyes. The handle's construction is completed with Microtech's Black proprietary hardware, glass breaker end and pocket clip with individual serial number/date of production.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 has become an extremely popular choice for high-end, user grade knives thanks to its high level edge retention and exceptional corrosion resistance making it very low maintenance.
