Updating the iconic Microtech Ultratech, the Delta Signature Series line offers an everyday carry friendly, tactical, out-the-front automatic with high performance material, bomb-proof construction and the following upgrades: high-traction Frag milled handles, fluted blade and ported chassis to expel dirt and debris, DLC coated blade and hardware for resistance to wear and Nickel Boron plated internals for enhanced corrosion resistance. This version comes with a plain Tanto blade.

Blade: Finished with a long-wearing Diamond-Like Carbon coating, the black DLC blade resistances wear and corrosion while being discreetly non-reflective. High performance stainless steel is delivered in a fluted Tanto profile that provides good durability as well as slicing and piercing performance. The plain edge offers clean slicing and comes razor sharp. Fluting on the blade helps to expel dirt and debris from the knife for smooth, reliable operation. Double action, out the front operation is fast and smooth via the thumb slide on the spine.

Handle: Slim, lightweight and easy to carry, the Delta Series Ultratech comes with black hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handles milled with jimping and Frag texturing for enhanced traction and a secure grip even when wet. Edges are chamfered for comfort while the Torx hardware, slide, clip and glass breaker pommel are all coated with a matching black DLC for discreet carry and added resistance to wear. The internal spring automatic mechanism and components are finished with a Nickel Boron plating for added corrosion resistance and reliability with ports that work with the fluted blade to keep the mechanism operating in adverse conditions.

Carries via a reversible, tip-down, proprietary deep carry pocket with markings and S/N.

Steel: Blade steel on the Delta Series knives is unlisted but is likely one of the high-end stainless steels used by Microtech including: CTS-204P, CTS-XHP, M390 or Elmax. All have high-end edge retention and corrosion resistance.
