Blade: The double edge Spartan blade (inspired by the historic xiphos and gladius swords) has clean slicing plain cutting edges and a Tanto like point for added strength for piercing tasks. Equipped with a handsome bronze PVD coating and rugged stonewashed finish on the grinds the blade delivers solid performance with style. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Move the slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed position to reduce wear.

Handle: A smooth, hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle comes contoured for comfort and smooth pocket transitions. Strategic grooves around the sides improve traction for a secure grip during use. Microtech's proprietary hardware, glass breaker end and pocket clip complete the construction.
