Blade: The intimidating Hellhound tanto blade combines powerful cutting performance with an aggressive look. Premium stainless blade steel was chosen for its edge retention and corrosion resistant properties. Adding to the custom feel is the familiar Hellhound-grooved spine leading to the visually striking, upswept, false edge tip. The blade is Bronzed and tumbled on the grinds with satin flats for classy yet rugged style. It deploys via a dual action automatic mechanism. Simply press the thumb slide up to open and then back down to close. Simple, fast and smooth.

Handle: Smooth, black coated 6061-T6 aluminum has rounded edges creating a comfortable feel in-hand and smooth transition in and out of your pocket. The UTX-70 is slimmer than the Ultratech or UTX-85 allowing it to be carried in a watch pocket or shirt pocket as well as via the clip. The handle's construction is completed with Microtech's Bronzed proprietary hardware, glass breaker end and pocket clip with logo/signature/date of production.
