A modern flipper with classic lines and precision build, the Neo flipper from Danish custom maker Jens Anso is a daily carry dream. Anso has partnered with Maniago Knife Makers to deliver the Goccia, a premium production version of his custom design. Goccia means "drop" in Italian and represents the water powered hammers that began the celebrated history of Italian knife making. The name is also echoed in the eye-catching concentric ellipses milled on the handle. This version comes with a satin finished M390 drop point blade, 3D contoured green canvas Micarta handle scales and gray titanium accents.

Blade: Made from premium M390 stainless steel the drop point blade rides on a ball bearing pivot for fast, smooth flipper deployment. A robust 4 mm blade thickness offers solid durability, while the nearly full height flat grind delivers a fine, piercing point and razor sharp edge with plenty of belly for good slicing. A classy crowned spine and understated thumb scoop gives a comfortable platform for added pressure on the blade for controlled, powerful cuts. The fine satin finish offers style and performance.

Handle: Dual slabs of 3D machined green canvas Micarta are milled with concentric rings for aesthetic appeal, solid traction and a comfortably contoured handle. This design has stunning ergonomics with clean, subtle curves and a generous index cutout for added security. An inset stainless steel liner lock provides rock solid and smooth operation. Stainless steel hardware with a blasted gray titanium pivot ring and matching back spacer with Anso-style lanyard loop round out the construction.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up, blasted titanium deep carry clip.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high carbide content for some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance, while being relatively easy to sharpen. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives. Relatively high carbide volume and coarse microstructure gives this steel lower toughness.
