Blade: Fully flat ground for optimal slicing performance, the 4 mm thick M390 blade has plenty of durability for serious use. A Sheepsfoot profile delivers balanced slicing and piercing with added safety and tip durability. A rugged stonewashed finish hides wear from use while the crowned spine adds comfort and style. Spine jimping provides added traction and makes for easy indexing in the hand.
Handle: The skeletonized full tang forms a slim handle that has a minimal carry profile while still being secure in the hand thanks to the large index choil offering security in the grip. Paracord is easily added for comfort and added traction with minimal increase to weight or thickness. An exposed portion of the tang has a generous hole for lanyard attachment.
Carries via a high quality leather sheath with dual magnetic closure for secure pocket or neck carry.
Bohler M390: Bohler M390 has become an extremely popular choice for high-end user grade knives thanks to its extreme edge retention. M390 also has a good corrosion resistance, meaning most users can avoid problems by simply wiping off their blade after each use. Another great feature of this steel is its ability to resist burr formation during sharpening. Comparable steels are CTS-204P and Duratech 20CV.
