Nite Ize SlideLock Carabiner Aluminum #4 Charcoal Gray

It is difficult to improve something as simple and effective as the classic utility carabiner but Nite Ize took a hard look at this ubiquitous accessory and took the opportunity to make it more efficient. First they added a SlideLock feature that securely locks the gate with a simple push and slide movement, and unlocks when you want it to just as easily. Then, they slimmed down the tubular construction to a rectangular aluminum cross-section for a lightweight, low profile, and slim carry. The design feeds more easily through smaller openings and rests flat in pockets. This #4 size (perfect for attaching to a belt loop or backpack to carry larger items) is Charcoal Gray anodized.
