The Olight Perun 3 Mini High CRI trades a little output for a 90-CRI neutral white beam that shows color like daylight, made for close work. It clicks into the headband as a headlamp or rides a pocket as a right-angle light.

• Quick-Release Headband & Magnetic Tail - A quick-release bracket clicks the light onto the headband for hands-free work, then frees it in a beat for handheld use. The flat tail carries a magnet that grabs metal hard, sticking to a hood or shelf, while a deep-carry clip rides it low in a pocket.
• High CRI Neutral White Beam & Red Modes - The 90-CRI neutral white beam renders color close to daylight, so skin, wire, and materials read true under it, trading some output for quality. Five white modes span moonlight to turbo, and two red LEDs add high, low, and SOS for night vision.
• 16340 Battery & Magnetic Charging - A proprietary Olight 16340 cell comes installed, so the light runs right out of the box. Charging runs through a magnetic MCC cable that snaps onto the tail, and a three-color indicator reads out the charge level so you know when to recharge.
• Stainless Switch & Mode Control - A single blackened stainless-steel switch on the end runs everything, with a low-profile press that gives plenty of tactile feedback. Hold to step through white modes, double-click for turbo, double-click from off for red, and hold from off to lock it out.

Olight sized the whole light around a single 16340 cell, which is how a beam with white and red output stays this small. The upgraded headband rides lighter and more breathable than the one it replaces.
