The Protech Scapegoat Compact fires a DLC Black MagnaMax blade with one crisp push of the button, set in a carbide-textured black aluminum frame that digs into the hand for serious traction.

• Push-Button Automatic Action - One press of the recessed button sends the blade out with a crisp, fast snap, locked in place by a button lock. The recessed design keeps it from firing in the pocket by accident.

The Protech Scapegoat Compact is a collaboration between Protech and knife designer Ramon Chavez of Chaves Knives, built around a clip point blade profile and contoured handle geometry sized for a compact, control-first grip. Protech machines and assembles the knife out of Placentia, California, around a push-button automatic platform that fires the blade in a single press. The compact proportions keep the knife pocket-friendly without giving up cutting performance built for daily tasks. A recessed button keeps the blade locked away until called on, protecting against accidental firing in the pocket.
