Protech Tactical Response TR-5 Operator Sterile Black S35VN Automatic

The Protech Tactical Response 5 is a full-size button lock automatic with a lightweight, durable build and comfortable, design that makes it a joy to use and carry. The drop point blade has straightforward functionality for both utility and martial use. This Operator Series version has an all black “sterile” finish with tritium inlaid button for low-light indexing.

Blade: Finished in durable black Diamond-Like Carbon or DLC, the blade is discreet in use with a versatile drop point profile with a piercing tip swedge and strong high saber grind. The button operated coil spring mechanism delivers fast one hand deployment with a slide safety for added security in carry.

Handle: Tough and lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum handles make the TR-5 easy to carry, while milled finger grooves provide a comfortable and secure grip in use. A hardened 410 steel back spacer protrudes from the handle for use as an impact tool and allows for lanyard attachment. The simple and robust button lock provides intuitive operation and secure lockup with tritium inlay for low-light access.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up, stainless steel deep carry clip.

CPM-S35VN: Modified CPM-S30V designed for improved toughness (15-20%) and ease of machining and polishing. Well-balanced for daily use, S35VN has a slight decrease in edge retention and higher corrosion resistance, close to AISI 420.
