Blade: Made from D2 tool steel the drop point blade rides smooth on the robust copper washer pivot with dual thumb studs delivering ambidextrous one-hand operation. A full flat grind pairs with relatively thin stock to deliver excellent slicing performance, while the satin finish lends a classy style.

Handle: Solid stainless steel liners support rugged red Micarta handle scales for modern durability and traction. Chamfered edges offer a comfortable in hand feel, and the neutral handle design affords multiple grip options and added safety from the index choil. A steel liner lock offers ease of operation and secure lockup for safe use.

D2 Tool Steel: Used as a die cutting steel since WW II, D2 offers a good combination of hardness and wear resistance with moderate toughness and stain resistance. High chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) gives D2 better corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels.
