Details
The Quartermaster Mr Strickland Stonewashed frame lock knife is all-business. Its compound ground modified tanto blade is based on GTC's custom Airborne knife with sleek lines and comfortable ergonomics. Overbuilt with zero patience, Mr Strickland is no slacker.
The Blade: At just over 3.5 inches long and quite thick, this mean tanto provides plenty of piercing power. Compound ground and razor sharp right out of the box. Deployment is a breeze via the notched thumb wedge on the spine of the blade that travels on Quartermaster's silky smooth proprietary ORBÆ pivot system. The stonewashed finish goes for that heavily worn-in look.
The Handle: Two thick slabs of equally tumbled titanium, each at 0.17 inches thick include with full open construction. The frame lock has a steel insert for smooth function plus doubles as a lock bar stabilizer. Wide notches on the spine of the handle for sure grip.
The Mr Strickland includes an attached tip-up carry reversible pocket clip for transport. Each is serialized #/300 on the spine of the blade.
