Co Titusville Pa. etched (Queen Steel #96). Back of pen stamped Made In USA 1998. Blades open and close smoothly, no rubs. Beautiful red winter bottom bone accented with brass pins are chip and crack free. Includes original box tissue and all paperwork. More images available upon request.
