The Remington Heritage Series R40001 Clip Point is a wood handled liner lock that offers a more modern, everyday carry folder with a classic Remington diamond milled wood handle. The R40001 offers a timeless still in a no-frills, utilitarian package. Comes with a Clip Point profile, hollow saber ground 420J2 stainless steel blade.

Blade: The 420J2 stainless steel blade is finished in fine satin and equipped with a hollow saber grind for optimal slicing performance and durability. A subtle recurve on the edge offers plenty of belly for skinning tasks or utility work while the clip point swedge delivers a fine, piercing point. The blade deploys fast and smooth on washers via the dual thumb studs.
Handle: Stainless steel liners support the milled and contoured wood handles which offer a comfortable and secure grip and look great with a classic style. Delivering smooth operation and secure, reliable lock up, the rear liner is milled into an integral liner lock with scallops for added traction. Construction is completed with stainless steel Torx hardware.
Carries via a right hand, tip down, stainless steel deep carry clip.
420J2 Stainless Steel: Highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Moderate edge retention with good toughness and ease of sharpening.
