The Hinderer Knives XM-18 3" Gen IV working finished Recurve Blade with Sand tan 3D textured G10 is a precision-crafted hard-use tactical folder. It features a tactical recurve style blade with integral flipper for easy opening when it matters most. As the small sized model in the Hinderer family, the XM-18 3.0 was designed to fit most smaller-medium hands comfortably and serve as a back-up to your other daily carries. Ease of opening and closing one-handed combined with a reliable lock system were targets that have been achieved with the XM-18.

The Blade:  The three inch blade has a wicked cool Working Finish (combination blasting and tumbling) and can be opened via the integral flipper or dual thumb studs/blade stops. This one hides the wear and looks good doing it.  Rick's own 17-4PH state-of-the-art pivot system creates silky smooth operation; however, a bit of wrist action may be needed for flipping as Hinderers often have a light detent.  

The Handle:  Full titanium frame lock and liner have received the Battle Blue (Stonewash & Blue Anodized) ano treatment for a one-of-a-kind effect. Hardware and standoffs create one tough package while 3D texturing on the G-10 scale coupled with jimping all around create a solid grip. There is a bit of a choil to choke up on the blade for more detailed cutting tasks as well. This Hinderer XM-18 includes the famous Hinderer Lockbar Stabilizer and two-position titanium clip for tip up or down right hand carry.

As with all Hinderer Knives, the XM-18 is completely customizable from clip and standoffs to the lockbar stabilizer and pivot.
