The Mark Roe Custom Hostile Gentleman is a clean and utilitarian design that is well suited to everyday carry and use while being a solid choice for dress carry thanks to its exceptional style. This is a robust, titanium liner lock flipper that doesn't sacrifice function for style. This version has a swedge tip, blasted matte gray AEB-L stainless steel blade, Vintage Butterscotch Toasted Paper Micarta scales, spacer and pivot collars, titanium liners and matching bolsters.

Blade: The clean, drop point profile blade is made from matte gray, blasted AEB-L stainless steel with a more aggressively pointed top swedge for better piercing and a high hollow grind that delivers excellent slicing performance. The blade rides on a Skiff bearing pivot for fast, smooth flipper deployment with a well dialed in detent for decisive action.

Handle: Clean, simple and ergonomically designed the handle is construction of dual titanium liners supporting blasted titanium bolsters and Vintage Butterscotch Toasted Paper Micarta scales with matching back spacer and pivot collars. This knife exudes style with the handsome, warm Micarta contrasting nicely with the subdued titanium. One of the beefy liners form the locking mechanism and delivers smooth operation and solid lock up.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up, 3D machined Titanium pocket clip.

Bohler AEB-L: Originally developed for razor blades and described as a stainless 52100 AEB-L takes a very fine edge, is easy to sharpen and is highly corrosion resistant. Edge retention is good with excellent stability (resistance to rolling and chipping) which allows for a thinner edge and better cutting performance. Sandvik 13C26 is a copy of AEB-L.
