Details
The Serge Panchenko Bean Cleaver Flipper is a fun pocket-sized design by Serge Knives. This mid-tech design is non-locking, with the blade held both open and closed by the ball bearing detent embedded in a titanium frame. Although it takes a little practice, the bean can be flipped open one-handed and it fits perfectly in the fifth pocket of most jeans.
This item is brand new direct from Serge Knives.
The Blade: Composed of CPM-154 with integral flipper tab and oval window cutout, the blade has been bead blasted and then tumbled for a dark smoky finish. The cleaver's edge is polished and quite sharp. It makes an ideal carry for simple everyday cutting tasks.
The Handle: Precision machined Titanium has a dark tumbled finish with lightening holes and the SP Logo on the front. Open construction with a single Blue anodized titanium standoff is modern-looking and makes for easy cleaning. Titanium hardware and an attached titanium pocket clip for right-handed tip-up carry round out the Bean Flipper.
