An absolute beast of a folder, the Sergey Rogovets M31 is a great example of a truly handmade knife. Built in-house by Sergey without the use of CNC or waterjet, every step from heat treatment to final assembly is done by the man himself. The thick, contoured titanium handles are chunky but comfortable thanks to the melted edges. A ridged copper strap brings it all together. A great addition to the collection as a safe queen or worker, the M31 is an heirloom-quality piece of cutlery.
