The Awoken Dragon copper coin has a dragon resting on a derelict castle turret on the obverse. The reverse per Shire Post Mint: 

Beautifully depicted in this scene is the Earth Blade, driven deep into the skull of a gnoll. The blade has rested for years touching soil and bone, growing in strength and power.

The inscription "From the Earth" in dethek runes along with the Foundry mint mark adds a true numismatic feel to this coin.

Minting process

Treated to look handled and circulated and treated by hand. Part art and part science, coloring and patinas will vary. No two are exactly the same. Dimensions may vary.

Coins have deeply struck, detailed engravings. Struck one at a time in the USA, SPM uses antique machinery and traditional coining techniques.
