Blade: Premium, American CPM-S35VN stainless steel is finished with a durable, black, poly-ceramic Cerakote coating which offers increased corrosion resistance and a discrete, non-reflective look. The drop point blade offers solid utility with a forward swedge and full flat grind for optimal piercing and slicing with good durability. Spine jimping insures a safe and secure grip during heavy use. Powered by the SOG Assisted Technology (SAT) mechanism the blade deploys with lightening speed at a press of the dual thumb studs.

Handle: Beefy stainless steel liners support black aluminum handle scales milled for traction. Lightweight and durable, the scales have minimal finger grooves for a more versitle, neutral grip design. The simple, robust button lock mechanism provides secure lockup backed by a slide safety to prevent unintentional deployment while carrying. Black Torx hardware rounding out the construction.

CPM S35VN: was designed to offer improved toughness over CPM S30V. It is also easier to machine and polish than CPM S30V and the adjusted chemistry makes CPM S35VN about 15-20% tougher than CPM S30V without any loss of wear resistance. CPM S35VN’s improved toughness gives it better resistance to edge chipping.
