Blade: At just 1.9 inches in length, the durable, corrosion resistant Japanese AUS-8 stainless steel blade allows the California Special to be carried in areas with restrictive knife laws. Finished with a non-reflective Black TiNi coating for discreet use the clip point blade has a high hollow grind for solid slicing performance. Spine jimping pairs with the ergonomic handle design to insure control and a secure grip during heavy use. Powered by a coil spring mechanism the blade deploys with lightening speed automatically at a touch of the button.

Handle: Lightweight and durable, the black hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handles have been contoured for comfort and have milling and finger grooves for a secure grip. A simple yet robust button lock mechanism delivers secure lockup with a slide safety on the opposite side to avoid unintentional deployment while carrying yet allowing for fast deployment when needed.
