Blade: Utilitarian in design, the clip point blade has a top swedge and high saber grind for durability balanced with slicing and piercing capabilities. Made from D2 tool steel, the blade opens smoothly on a ball bearing pivot via the dual thumb studs, flipper tab or XR lock for your choice of ambidextrous deployment. Delivered in a heavy stonewashed finish, the blade has a rugged look that hides wear from use. Jimping on the spine enhances traction while the flipper tab forms an index guard for added safety.

Handle: Stainless steel liners support chamfered, textured G10 handle scales and offer a secure yet comfortable grip. The liners also house the ambidextrous XR lock mechanism which offers rock solid lockup for secure operation. Slim for carry, the neutral handle design is comfortable in a variety of grip positions for added versatility. A black GRN partial back spacer and black Torx hardware complete the construction.

D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. With a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) D2 offers greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels. With a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance D2 is a well-balanced, all around knife steel.
