Spyderco Assist Black FRN Black Combination Edge

Spyderco Assist folding knife with Black FRN handle and Black coated Combo Edge blade was made to assist First Responders. The VG-10 stainless steel blade is roughly 80% serrated for aggressively cutting seat belts and fibrous materials. The last inch of the blade is left plain for fine cutting and also features a blunted tip. Just above the round hole opener is a Cobra Hood for added leverage with the thumb. The wavy pattern on the blade and handle allow the user to cut rope between the two without fully opening the blade. When closed, the user can squeeze the blade deeper into the FRN handle forcing a retractable carbide tip out of the base for breaking glass. An emergency whistle in the handle is outlined in safety orange to find in a pinch. Includes a reversible tip-up carry wire clip and stout lock back mechanism. Brand new direct from Spyderco.
