• Full-Flat CRU-WEAR Blade - The satin, full-flat-ground leaf blade is CPM CRU-WEAR, a tool steel prized for toughness with strong edge retention. It is not stainless. Wipe it dry and keep a thin coat of oil on it, and expect a patina to build with use.
• Brown Canvas Micarta Handle - Smooth brown canvas Micarta scales wrap a broad handle that fills a full-size grip. The canvas darkens and picks up character with use. A broad-based clip anchors to the liners and reverses for left- or right-side tip-up carry.
• Compression Lock Action - Opening on the Round Hole from either side, the blade swings out smooth and easy. At full open the liner wedges between a ramp on the tang and the stop pin and locks up tight. A press on the spine side releases it.
• Reversible Stainless Pocket Clip - Broad at the base and mounted to the stainless liners, the clip reverses for tip-up carry on either side.

The Spyderco Bodacious

The Spyderco Bodacious comes from Spyderco co-founder and Blade Magazine Hall of Fame member Sal Glesser, who named it after a legendary American bucking bull. It is a full-size, heavy-duty folder built around a broad leaf blade with an edge that reaches all the way back to the handle and a stout stainless liner frame.
