Details

Former US Marine and avid outdoorsman, custom knife maker Jonathan McNees knows how to make a small knife that punches above its weight. Based on McNees' custom Killer B, the Spyderco McBee is no exception. This diminutive titanium frame lock is small enough to fit on your key chain but the hollow ground, Wharncliffe blade is more capable than most other blades in this size category. Faux-hammer textured details and milled holes in the scale lend a custom feel with quality Spyderco build quality. This knife is a great addition to any every day carry rotation.

Brand new and direct from Spyderco Knives.

The Blade:A modified Wharncliffe blade made from CTS-XHP is equipped with a hollow saber grind delivering both durability and slicing performance. A RoundHole in the blade allows for smooth, one-hand operation despite the compact size. The modified tip provides plenty of point for piercing tasks with good strength.

The Handle:Two slabs of bead blast finished titanium are bridged with barrel spacers for an lightweight, open back construction. The scales are chamfered for comfort with milled holes on the front scale for visual appeal and added traction. The opposite scale forms the rock-solid, integral frame lock that provides secure operation. The blade pivot hardware, lock bar cutout and lock disengagement are textured for added traction and a custom feel.

A stainless steel hourglass clip is set up for secure right hand, tip-up carry.
