• Full-Flat REX 121 Blade - A high-vanadium, cobalt-bearing tool steel with extreme edge retention. The full flat grind keeps slicing clean through long sessions that dull lesser steels. It is not stainless, so wipe it dry, keep it lightly oiled, and sharpen on diamond or CBN.
• Burnt Orange G10 Handle - Contoured scales in Burnt Orange G10 wrap a slim, light handle. An index-finger choil lets you choke up for fine control on tip work and detailed food prep. A lanyard hole passes through the handle end.
