The third generation of the Lil' Temperance folder takes all of the great features of the iconic Temperance fixed blade and steps it up a notch or two. A mighty popular Compression Lock mechanism with open construction and four-position pocket clip now make this folder friendly for all users. Brand new direct from Spyderco Knives.
The Blade: Just under three inches of cutting edge on the broad leaf-shaped flat ground blade. Composed of premium CPM-S30V (subject to change) stainless steel gives the user an edge geometry easy to maintain with high levels of corrosion resistance. It has a notched thumb ramp and large Round Hole Opener for easy operation.
The Handle: One meant for comfort much like the original with weather-proof black G-10 scales. Lightly textured with the bow drill divots reduced to a single one on either side. The high strength Compression Lock on the top or spine of the handle operates much like a liner lock reversed to keep fingers out of the way when closing the blade. This also makes for nice open construction which equals ease of maintenance. A four-position hourglass clip is attached to carry the Lil' Temperance 3 however your heart desires.
