This Spyderco 2" Paring Knife features a thin, flat ground and straight edge MBS-26 stainless blade. The steel was chosen specifically by Spyderco for kitchen use as it has proven edge retention, sharpness and excellent cutting performance. A comfortable black Sermollan handle is affixed and has both vertical and horizontal channels for a positive grip. Brand new directly from Spyderco, Inc.
