Spyderco Native 5 Lightweight Brown CPM-15V Sprint Run

This Spyderco Native 5 Sprint Run folder comes with a Shawn Houston heat-treat CPM-15V tool steel blade and Lightweight brown FRN handles. It is a limited edition run of the model.

• Blade: Classic leaf shape built from premium 15V tool steel and given a tumbled finish. It operates via the trademark Round Hole opener in conjunction with the sturdy back lock mechanism. 
• Handle: Brown fiberglass-reinforced nylon are bi-directionally textured to reduce the overall carry weight and add grip. Torx screw construction and lanyard hole complete the process.
• Carry: Reversible four-position pocket clip for tip up or down left or right hand carry.

The Spyderco Native 5 has become a legend over the years for the power punch it packs into a relatively small package. It's kind of a little tank. Whether you choose G-10, FRN or even carbon fiber what doesn't change is the Native's reliability and capable blade. It feels great in-hand thanks to its contoured handle with forward finger choil for choking up on detailed tasks. This is one model that punches well above its weight class. 

CPM-15V: This non-stainless tool steel provides exceptional wear resistance outpaced only by exotic steels like Z-Max, Maxamet, and Rex 121. It has high hardness (up to 65HRC) and top end edge retention. Diamond or CBN is a must for sharpening. High carbide content reduces toughness which is equal or better compared to M390 or S110V.
