This Spyderco Para Military 2 Lightweight Salt is a full-flat-ground Compression Lock knife with a satin MagnaCut plain edge blade and bright yellow FRN scales, built for fishing, boating, and carry in humid or salty air.

• Full-Flat MagnaCut Blade - Magnacut is a stainless powder steel that fights off rust better than most other blade steels. It also stays tough and holds an edge. The full flat grind and satin finish slice cleanly through rope, fishing line, and cardboard.
• Bi-Directional Textured Yellow FRN Handle - Injection-molded FRN scales keep the handle lighter than G10, colored bright yellow for visibility in and around water. Both scales are molded with Bi-Directional Texture, an array of opposing steps that is noticeably grippy under the fingertips.
• Compression Lock Action - The Round Hole sends the blade out fast and smooth under either thumb. The Compression Lock locks up solid with no blade play. It releases easily with one hand, and your fingers stay out of the path of the edge as it closes.
