Designed by Italian custom knife maker “Max” and originally produced by lionSTEEL of Italy, the SpyOpera is an exclusive collaboration with Spyderco that elevates the utilitarian design with their trademark Round Hole and a deep carry wire pocket clip. This sleek dress carry folder has a fully flat ground blade paired with a sturdy back lock mechanism for reliable performance. This limited Sprint Run edition features full titanium liners supporting handsome contoured Carbon Fiber scales and a Thor pattern DS93X Damasteel blade.

Blade: Fully flat ground Damsteel is executed in a classic drop point profile with a finish unique to each that is as visually appealing as it is geared toward slicing performance. The generous 13 mm Round Hole provides easy, ambidextrous operation. A fully crowned spine is an iconic Italian flare and gives the SpyOpera an elegant look.

Handle: Full titanium liners house the blade along with the crowned back spacer and lock bar. Reliable and timeless the mid-back lock delivers secure lockup with smooth, one hand operation. Comfortably contoured Carbon Fiber scales offer a warm in hand feel and excellent traction and are attached via custom Torx hardware to the liners. A hole at the pommel is provided for lanyard attachment.

Damasteel: A modern pattern welded stainless Damascus, Damasteel combines two modern stainless steels — RWL34 and PMC27. Folded in unique patterns, the finished steel is acid etched to create the eye-catching designs seen on the blade. Offering the high hardness and corrosion resistance of RWL34, Damasteel has similar performance to CPM-154.
