Description:
Based on the Nati Amor (Black Snow Customs) custom Sabotage design, the Spyderco Subvert is a massive knife with a big, drop point recurve blade that puts four inches of razor sharp 20CV in the palm of your hand. While less ornate than the custom version, the Subvert is still visually striking with smoky, 3D textured carbon fiber handle scales over beefy, stylized titanium liners. The Sprint Run Subvert is a powerhouse slicer that will cut for days and really makes a statement.
CPM-20CV: CPM-20CV (analog to Bohler M390 and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high carbide content for some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance while being relatively easy to sharpen. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives. Relatively high carbide volume and coarse microstructure gives this steel lower toughness.
