The Spyderco Yojimbo 2 is the second generation self-defense knife designed by martial artist and Martial Blade Concepts innovator Michael Janich. The Wharncliffe blade delivers consistent pressure from tip to heal through a cut while the deep hollow grind is a powerful slicer. This version comes with a satin finished CPM-S30V blade and black G10 handle scales.

Blade: The Yojimbo2 has a powerful 3.25" hollow ground, CPM-S30V Wharncliffe style stainless steel blade, giving it a more robust tip than its flat ground predecessor. A thumb scoop is provided with the support of the full thickness of the spine to deliver solid pressure from tip to heel to the finish of the cut. The hollow grind slices with ease while the tip it fine enough for detail work and piercing. The Spyderco Round Hole delivers ambidextrous deployment.

Handle: The textured black G10 scales are attached to nested stainless steel liners for rock solid construction. The Compression lock delivers smooth operation and reliable security during use with an open back construction for ease of cleaning. The handles have refined ergonomics giving a secure grip in the hand and creating an integral guard for added security.

Carries via a 4-Position stainless steel hourglass pocket clip.

CPM-S30V: A powdered stainless steel with high levels of edge retention and corrosion resistance S30V was developed specifically for use in knife blades. The powdered process gives it a very refined grain, improving the sharpness and toughness. S30V is a great, all around steel with high levels of performance.
