The Spyderco Kitchen Knife Series has been resurrected for 2014 including their original MBS-26 blade steel. This Spyderco 4.5" Paring Knife features a thin, flat ground and straight edge MBS-26 stainless blade. The steel was chosen specifically by Spyderco for kitchen use as it has proven edge retention, sharpness and excellent cutting performance.
